You must be at least 13 years of age to use Faiirly. By using the Services, you represent that you meet this requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.

Faiirly provides information related to fairs, festivals, exhibitions, events, vendors, attractions, schedules, maps, and other event-related content.

Faiirly strives to provide accurate and up-to-date event information; however, event schedules, attractions, vendors, maps, pricing, and other details may change without notice.

Faiirly does not guarantee the completeness, accuracy, or availability of any event information.

Users should verify important information directly with event organizers where necessary.

All trademarks, logos, graphics, text, software, and content made available through Faiirly, excluding user-generated content, are the property of Faiirly or its licensors.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, reverse engineer, or commercially exploit any portion of the Services without prior written consent.
